Friday, November 25, 2022 - Dönnhoff Dellchen Vertical Tasting (Frankfurt): More vegetal nose, with cucumber, still lemon zesty and mineral, but quite different to other Dellchen vintages. This will be very pleasant when served with food, e.g. salmon with wasabi, sushi and so on.
