Wednesday, May 18, 2016 - a little weak and tired on the nose with golden apple and honey. Better on the palate, more acid with red and golden apple, some lime. Sweet. Finish is lime and honey and an herbal/mint note. Ends quite lively and juicy. Nose - 4/6, Palate - 5/6, Finish - 5-5.5/6, Je ne Sais Quoi - 1/2 = 15-15.5/20.
