Friday, October 9, 2009 - NYC CT Offline (Saul Restaurant Brooklyn, NY): Pale yellow with mushrooms on the nose. Very mineral driven with flavors of wet rocks and a hint of oak. Soft in the mouth, if not especially complex with a slightly hot finish.
