Friday, September 3, 2021 - Stunning for its purity and seamless texture and deep mineral driven flavors, while remaining crisp and bright. This was packed with intensity and density while remaining balanced. Offering up tons of baked apple fruity flavors, delicate spice and lots of cool slate mineral. Bravo! No rush to drink this as it still comes across youth, but so good even now its hard to resist.
