Sunday, March 28, 2021 - Quite torn about this one: can't complain about the flavour, but it doesn't transcend its 14.5% abv and, whilst some sips are delicious, others are just a little too soupy; overall, the wine could do with brighter acidity. Attractive plummy fruit, floral aromas, some herbs and smoked meat, and good length, but not particularly drinkable or exciting.
