Saturday, March 28, 2020 - One of the most unique champagnes I have ever had. Flavors come across in waves and surprisingly less bread/yeast than some of the NVs I have had the pleasure to taste. First is the honey, yeasty (faint) and almond followed by grapefruit/sharp lemon. The lite but effervescent bubbles complement the velvety profile. Really really wonderful wine. Well done.

1 hour later, a bit of honeydew melon and lime and added to the profile.
