Tuesday, August 28, 2018 - PnP of a half-bottle after a not-so-good work day. Quick pass through aerator, a swirl, then a sip. Very nice nose and good mouthfeel, but needed more time to come together. Predominate taste on first sips was alcohol, but after only 10 minutes got much nicer. By the second glass, pretty darn good. I think I'll enjoy it much more with more cellar time and better drinking treatment.
