Thursday, November 10, 2022 - Half bottle pop and pour. Inky, opaque. Ripe berry and touches of chocolate and middle eastern spices on the nose. Rich and sweet. A bit peppery/spicy at the finish. Very attractive right out of the bottle. Quite polished. Already fairly soft. Nice acid hit at the end for freshness. Good length. Will definitely age, but already an excellent drink.
