Monday, February 8, 2021 - My final bottle of this vintage and it was again special for me. I love this particular chateau and the wine here hasn't disappointed yet. Bittersweet cocoa and milk chocolate aromas stood out along with forest floor notes, a touch of spice/black pepper. Very smooth, silky tannins. Just a delicious experience that enhanced some very nice bistro steaks.
