Sunday, December 18, 2011 - Disgorged 7.11 so literally fresh off the boat. Salmon- in color with a fresh green apple and light spice aromas. From the Theise catalog "All 2007, 60%CH/40%PN by assemblage". It picked up strawberry flavors on the palate and finished crisp with medium acidity and slight minerals. It seemed dry and light in structure with beautiful tiny bubbles. In all a fine Rosé that should improve with additional bottle time.
