Thursday, October 27, 2016 - Double Blind Reds at Tilia (Tilia, Mpls): Pale pink color. Drank 1 glass over 20 minutes. This was similar to past bottles. I never really got a lot on the nose, very reticent, subtle citrus and mineral. The palate is light, chalky, with almost imperceptible fruit initially, gradually shows light citrus and maybe a hint of cherry. Good, but pretty understated. Would have been better if we had this as our aperitif and the Vilmart with the first course.
