Saturday, December 10, 2022 - On first pour it was a bit flat. Decanted. Over the ensuing two hours, this continuously opened up, showing more acidity and elegance. Moderate aromas of tropical fruits, lime, and petrol. Seductive. Similar flavors perfectly balanced with acidity, with a bit of tingling, with a moderately length lingering finish of lime. Medium+ body with a bit of waxy texture. Lots of flavor, but also very elegant. Drinking very well now.
