Saturday, September 2, 2017 - Had this for dinner the first night during dinner on our terrace at a quiet Finca in Mallorca. Served fairly chilled, which is the right choice as it keeps the 15 degrees alcohol in check. Very dark visually, this full throttle Ribeira showed lovely from first sip to last (served pnp). Strong fruit pushing the oak in the background, great pairing with the fillet steak with peppercorn sauce. Nice Ribeira, probably just a tiny notch behind Alion.
