Monday, September 11, 2023 - St. Emilion Grand Cru Classés Walkaround tasting, so just short notes (Amsterdam): 80% Merlot, 18% Cabernet Franc and 2% Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is raised for 16 months in for 60% new oak. Beautiful and creamy bouquet with red berries and some herbs and spices. Good acidity and soft tannin. The wine is in its young maturity stage.
