Friday, December 24, 2021 - Textbook Chambolle. Elegant, red-fruited nose with damp earth. Palate was tight at first and didn't match up to the nose but after a few hours it became more giving, with ripe but not overtly sweet raspberry and cherry fruit, very finely grained tannins. Love classic vintages like 2014.
