Saturday, March 17, 2018 - 100% Viognier from Art Den Hoed vineyards in lower Yakima Valley at 1300 ft. Two blocks planted in 2000 and 2006.
Concrete tank/barrel fermentation. 6 month barrel aged on lees.
14.5% Abv.

A(ccuray)=2: Med straw/gold. Delicately aromatic varietal.
B(alance)=2: Restrained components, soft acid structure. Bit hot.
C(omplexity)=2: White peach, apricot, flowers, hint of honey and nuts.
D(epth)=2: Focused and intense without being weighty.
