This continues to evolve nicely, adding notes of spring flowers and honeysuckle that I don't recall from prior bottles. Balanced with notes of citrus, almond and brulee throughout. Round and nicely acidic, drinking very well.

Warm long vintage nicely handled: exuberance with finesse!
Pale golden color. Aromas of Flores and tropical fruit. Tropical citrus with butterscotch and beeswax finishes w vanilla custard. Interesting white reminiscent of rhone viognier.

Notes of lemon custard and smoke on the nose. Soft lemon notes on the palate, mixing with toasted coconut, pie crust and pears. Smokier through the finish too. Round, nice mouth feel with enough acidity to hold up against a variety of foods. I'll be replenishing the stock, great juice.

Yellow gold in the glass. Great nose - lemon oil, lemon rind, peach, vanilla, smoke. Lots going on. Citrus and orchard fruit continue on the palate. It's round, medium to light acidity with some weight, but doesn't feel heavy either. Walks the line well. One minor note - as it warms it takes on a bit of a petroleum note through the finish, it detracts a bit from an otherwise really nice wine.

Notes fairly consistent with previous tasting...Aromas of white peach, lemon peel, beeswax, and a touch of flowers. Palate felt a bit flat and flabby when the glass was still cold (recently removed from refrigerator) but felt a lot more balanced upon warming. Medium-low acidity, full-bodied with a crème-brûlée/graham cracker flavor carrying through on the finish.

Light straw color. Distinctive notes of oak. Aromas of crime brûlée, beeswax, honeysuckle, white peach, and smokiness. Palate is balanced. Relatively low acidity with just a touch of sugar. Creaminess dominates.
