Sunday, April 4, 2021 - Blind tasting for my guest. Pnp, bricking hue. Nose of leather, nuts and orange peal. Vin de noix. Mouth straight , mineral with dry prunes, liccorice, and Vermouth. The wine is lively, complex, with a powerfull core. Not so long palate. It hide well his 15% alc. Not the best exemple of balance, but terroir and expression of and old volcano and its mineral wines.
