Saturday, April 24, 2010 - PAWineTalk.com Tasting Number 8 - Napa Cabs (blind): Tasted blind. Medium dark ruby in color. Nose of red and black fruit (bing cherries) and creamy vanilla. Mild in the mouth with more red and black fruit combined with some earthiness. Satisfying finish. Surprised to find it was a Merlot in a bland Napa Cab tasting.
