Sunday, March 20, 2016 - Ruby with only a little orange brigthning. First nose of concentrated heated bacon fat and game, leather, ponyskin, floating into tobacco, cedar and minerals, with swirling getting just hints of currants, flowers and mulberry. This is developing very fast over the last 2 or 3 years. I can't believe that it will develope in a positive way. But great right now with its tertiary flavorings and sheer intensity. Drink it up! -2017
