Thursday, May 5, 2022 - Couple of wines at Park90: Very tight and a little disjointed on opening, took about an hour to open up. A rounder style with a green apple note, but plenty of stuffing and acidity still. Was glorious for 15 minute period where everything came into balance before hibernating into its shell. More complexity than the Leflaive but not as pleasurable now.
