Community Tasting Note

Monday, March 28, 2022 - Poured two bottles into a .750 bottle for a double blind tasting. I thought this was the second best wine, but obviously young, especially for this tasting. The wine hit all the strides for my palate, and it was the only one I correctly identified both, region and vintage. Having had this wine several times, I pretty confident it was this wine when I tasted it. Unmistakeable cherry and vanilla flavors with bright acidity, some bramble and spice in the background. 95 points and almost my WOTN!
