Tasting in Miami (Ken's Castle): PnP (only made in .375s): I love this Pinot! I wish I had more (or could even get more). One of the best Oregon Pinots I have ever had! I never tire of this, but unfortunately getting to the end of my stash!
Usual cherry creme with dark chocolate, some dark cherries, spice, bramble and a slight pepper berry finish. Probably my best bottle yet, which shows this aged, and will likely continue to age, well. So darn good now though, will be difficult keeping my hands off remaining bottles. 95+ to 96 and delicious!

P: Incredibly fresh with moderate intensity and vibrancy, dark red, almost black cherries, dry and gently bitter spiced oak. Very swift and light on its feet.
New producer for me and what a nice surprise. When I want to drink a Pinot Noir, this is one that hits all the right spots. Good fruit, nice complexity and great freshness.

PnP - This was served toward the end of the night, so not as many people drinking. From a .375. As always, this wine keeps delivering! Nose: Cherry with hints of bramble and chocolate. Palate: Lots of cherry, cherry bark, and cherry cordial. Pleasantly sweet, but not overly sweet. Quite a crowd pleaser! Solid 94 points for this bottle!
Poured two bottles into a .750 bottle for a double blind tasting. I thought this was the second best wine, but obviously young, especially for this tasting. The wine hit all the strides for my palate, and it was the only one I correctly identified both, region and vintage. Having had this wine several times, I pretty confident it was this wine when I tasted it. Unmistakeable cherry and vanilla flavors with bright acidity, some bramble and spice in the background. 95 points and almost my WOTN!

What can I say, I still love this Pinot! Started with 60 bottles.....down to 20....still tastes great!
Nose: cherry and bramble with hints of cocoa.
Palate: Chocolate covered cherry creme with loads of dark and red cherry, cream, cherry bark, and spice.
Perfect formy palate and still one of my favorite Oregon Pinots....Easy 94 and I am getting nervous as my bottles are winding down!
