Gentle and refined, this could pair almost any meat dish because of its impeccable restraint. A classic Napa cab from what I think is the sweet spot of Cali winemaking in the early 1990s before the cult crazy era. Gorgeous. Plenty of life left but at peak now so drink anytime.
