Friday, December 24, 2021 - Pale colour and reductive notes to begin with, the fruit didn't show until a couple of hours later when it began to flesh out. Lots of vibrant yellow fruit with butterscotch notes. On the second day, the colour became darker, and the oak on the nose and alcohol became more apparent. Nonetheless, this was still quite restrained and enjoyable for a warm vintage. Good to go now.
