Saturday, December 19, 2015 - Dark red color. PNP, drank 2 glasses over 90 minutes. This opened nicely over the first hour. Wood spice, cherry, molasses, cherry liqueur, dark cherry nose. The palate has ripe dark cherry, kirsch, oak, deep and full bodied, firm tannins, anise and some ripe cassis emerges later. Good pairing with our pasta and short rib ragu.
