Saturday, November 19, 2022 - Decanted 90 minutes. Dark black color. First sip was still tight. Surprising. Wine opened up over the next90 minutes. It changed dramatically and the last 30 minutes was just smooth, lush and wonderful. Silky smooth tannins and great flavor layers. Cab dominant. One of the best Paso Cab based wines I’ve ever had. Much more structure than most Paso Cabs. Way better and more structure than Justin Isoceles.
