Saturday, December 14, 2019 - Served with Cossetta's mushroom ravioli and sauce.
Crimson, almost opaque. Opened cooler than was wont.
Inviting nose, which opened up as evening wore on.
Needed some time to come to appropriate temp, and with a bit of air.
Mea culpa on this one.
