Wednesday, January 4, 2023 - Bouquet of berries masked by rubbery, tarry elements, a bit of flowers. Nice palate, balanced sweetness and acidity, a bit stern on the finish, still coarse with some tannins improving second and third night. A bit clunky as Scavino is in the 2000s, but enjoyable and slowly getting to a fully mature stage.
