Wednesday, May 18, 2022 - 2015 base, 2018 disgorgement. Was glad of the extra ageing, which gave the richness and savour of a sherry whilst the wine retained the slightly nervy energy of a Brut Nature. Super tasty, and masterfully on the cusp of sweet/sour, but lacked stature on the midpalate, so ultimately only a good wine, not a great one.
