Thursday, November 24, 2022 - BYOB dinner NOTK (Supernova hotel, Rotterdam): [Tasted blind] Almost dark gold in color, so I was afraid it was gone, but although probably past its peak still very good and interesting. Sherry notes, white port, marmelade, honey, apple syrup. Good acidity, long finish. Still two left in the cellar, shouldn’t wait too long
