Saturday, September 5, 2020 - There's still a touch of gas that needs to blow off. Aromas of white grapefruit, lime, golden apple, apricot, honeysuckle, spice and petrichor. Dense and layered, silky and sweet, strong integrated acid that only cuts at the very end of the luscious and fruity finish. Great stuff. Still a little young. Surprisingly fresh and light for a Spatlese from this site. This will be worth following for another 10 years, and maybe quite a bit longer.
