Tuesday, November 2, 2021 - Wonderful! After being opened almost two hours this wine really began to sing. Fragrant and expansive on the nose, on the palate it was both rich cherry fruit and bitter orange, rounding (still some rough edges) tannins, earth, spice and a iron backbone of acids. The finish was long and balanced. So nice.
