Friday, March 15, 2013 - Ridge Zins never cease to amaze. Such a great wine. Nose of spice and vanilla, with floral and Bordeaux like nuances. Still purple to the rim and medium weight, silky mouthfeel. Stewed plums and dark cherry with some mocha on the mouth coating palate, all fully integrated. I have said it a thousand times, Paul Draper is a genius. Bravo! So sad it's my last bottle.
