Sunday, January 1, 2023 - Medium-deep yellow-gold color. Brioche, apple cider, light pear on the nose. Very dry, high acidity, yeast, apple cider, light funk, slight orange peel on the palate with 30-35 sec finish. This was my first aged champagne - personally I prefer something more fresh with a tad more sweetness.
