Sunday, November 15, 2020 - Börjar uppvisa mognadstoner. Mineraliteten är tydlig - våt ull. Härlig balans mellan syra och sötma. Det finns autolytiska toner som får mig att tro den skulle passa till ostron. Utmärkt just nu.
