Good acidity and balance, with plenty of aromatic red fruit still remaining. Surprisingly long finish. Although the Chardonnay we have open right now pairs a bit more perfectly with ahi tuna and cilantro aioli, this Pinot Noir pairs very well also. The only bad news is that I am down to my last bottle of this but thankfully, there are plenty of nice Pinot Noirs still camped out in the cellar. :-)
