Wednesday, September 1, 2021 - Drank at Le Galleon in Beaune. Agree with earlier spice and energy notes. Definitely not a “mess”; lovely with the shellfish bisque and sweetbreads. Red fruits, some leather and savory notes, clearly better in a few years but wonderful on a late summer eve.
