Sunday, August 22, 2021 - One year after the last tasting: still tannins to go for some more years, but is becoming much smoother this time, especially after decanting an hour or so. After that, quite nice to go with meat. However, I'll give it some more rest. (Remark: maturing in a wine cabinet)
