Friday, November 18, 2022 - On first pour, the wine is all about the grassy aromas, but given some time to breathe the citrus aromas come through as well as white flowers and gravel. The palate matches with some additional flavors of vanilla and toast. Searingly high acid makes this wine better with food. The flavors linger and finish with a brininess. 100% sauvignon blanc.
