CheviotCellar Does not like this wine:

Friday, January 29, 2021 - Greenish yellow body. Nose is cut grass, green tropical fruits. Palate lacks layers and unctuous texture we were hoping for. Nothing Bordeaux about this wine. Could easily be a Californian pinot gris or Sauvignon blanc. Acid is high, and so is alcohol... the only parts of the palate that are heavy. Disappointing QPR. Clos Floridene blanc from same producer runs laps around the Doisy.

After 6 days in the cellar, the acid mellowed and more Bordeaux-like flavors arrived, mint and mineral showing now. Still thin but adding a point for its improvement.
