Saturday, May 14, 2022 - This 100% Sauvignon Blanc is robed in shades of silver moon. The nose presents very dry of mineral and flint with some lymon. Not a lot of fruit here, but quite a bit of enjoyment with a firm perhaps even taught structure, but neither sharp or severe. This is a stripped down version of Sauvignon Blanc. Some apricot teased out by the time the wine warms a touch, but not a lot. A quaffable wine that pairs well with food. 13% alc. With crabcakes. 05.14.22. Recommended.
