Sunday, May 14, 2023 - From magnum and showing as expected after a disappointing (?slightly flawed) 75cl noted a few days ago. Still forward but with pleasing cherry, gentle earthy frame, dusty tannins, dry spice and floral nuances with an assertive if integrated core acidity. Medium bodied with a long dry finish. Excellent enough if not top draw nor for the long term in my opinion.
Now (well breathed) and up to, say, 14 years from vintage.
