Monday, January 24, 2022 - Pnp on my own, just to sample an appreciation before ordering at Kierdorff Wine Cellar. Hue is mature as a lief in autumn. Nose gives expressive nots as lime, exotic ripe fruit as papaya, mango and guava. Very appealing, a sensation of sweatness and juicy fruit. Mouth is not; straight, reducted, structured sharply with strong acidity and bitterness, slightly fizzy at the end. Needs decantation and another taste ine one hour.
