Saturday, August 20, 2022 - Super floral with alpine blueberries on the nose. The blueberries are the tell of a Fourrier wine and it always sucks me in. The more I drink these wines the more I fall in love. Light, ethereal and juicy red fruit backed up by Gevrey spice. Concentrated but light. This wine is an oxymoron. Pure elegance. Everything I want from red Burgundy.
