Monday, June 4, 2018 - Indigena World Tour Day 1: Monferrato (Il Buco Alimentari & Vineria, NYC): Another dark black color and nose of black fruit. Soft and sweet strawberries in the mouth, but has plenty of tannin and acidity under the fruit. Appealing. Ian says this is one of the best producers of Freisa.
