Malvasia di Castelnuovo Don Bosco is a DOC wine produced in Asti from the Malvasia di Schierano grape with the optional addition of up to 15% Freisa. However, this one is 100% Malvasia di Schierano.] A refreshing end to the day. A lovely, frizzante red wine. Sweet, fruity nose. Appealing. Sweet but balanced. Similar to a Brachetto, but thicker in the mouth.
