Monday, August 14, 2023 - Moncur Syrah/Shiraz (Bistro Moncur, Sydney): Polished, ripe black fruits; plums, cherry, berry, sweet spice, cream. Juicy, tangy, fruit a little sharper, almost crunchier, on the palate. Tannins are drying, slightly chalky , persistent. Hmm.
