Saturday, November 18, 2023 - Consumed over 2 evenings; first not giving much raspberries and violets. Note from second night. Now we are talking! Raspberries, orange, violets, strong mineral mid-palate with even black cherry and cardamom on the finish. Very clean, transparent with fine tannins on the finish. Speaking of which, the finish lingers for a good 45 seconds. Purchased two don't know when I'll dig into the second but I'll try to wait 5+ years. Really enjoyable on 2nd night.
