Friday, January 29, 2021 - An impulse purchase at an extortionate price of $59. I love this wine, for sentimental reasons, and had to buy one bottle whilst making some smarter wine purchases.

Vanilla and red fruit on the nose. Lots of red fruit on the palate, a little warm, long smooth finish. Its not the most characteristic cabernet, but its better than a lot of Californian cabernets i have tasted for 1.5 to 2 x the price.

This is a very easy Cabernet to enjoy. I will find a cheaper seller and buy a case.
